Shipping policy

National delivery

We deliver flowers, products and subscriptions to mainland England, Scotland and Wales by Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Cost: £15 per order.

Please make sure someone will be in to receive the flowers on the delivery day. We can't accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or the recipient being away.

Areas we don't deliver to

Because flowers are perishable and need to arrive fresh, we can't currently deliver to:

• Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
• The Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25)
• The Scottish Highlands and Islands, including postcodes AB31 to AB38, AB40 to AB56, FK17 to FK21, HS1 to HS9, IV1 to IV63, KA27 to KA28, KW1 to KW17, PA20 to PA78, PH17 to PH50 and ZE1 to ZE3

If an order is placed for one of these areas, we'll get in touch and cancel it with a full refund.
